Buildersmax understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. You can expect to receive your items within 4-5 business days. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins we are unable to make any changes to your order.

ABOUT FREE SHIPPING

Items over $99 that can be shipped via standard package UPS, Fedex or USPS ground service, to locations within the contiguous United States.
Additional charges apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
Most orders ship via FedEx, UPS Ground, USPS 1st class or USPS Priority.  Big, heavy and bulky products are shipped via LTL Freight service.
Rebar and stone products are shipped Free of Charge via LTL Freight service.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.

BACK-ORDERED ITEMS

If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the backordered item

FLAT-RATE SHIPPING

Orders under $99 ship for just $10.75, via standard ground service, to locations within the contiguous United States.

GROUND SHIPPING

Fixtures may take up to 5 Business Days (does not include processing time).
Your package may be delivered on a Saturday if shipped via FedEx Home or USPS.
Ground shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii or for P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge and is non-refundable on returns. Expedited shipping on in-stock orders placed by 5pm ET Monday through Friday will ship the same day and will arrive on a business day, according to the shipment type chosen below. Rates can be found on step 3 (Shipping Options) of the checkout process. Please note: Weekend delivery is not available on expedited items.

3-Day Service – 3 Business Days (does not include processing time). No weekend delivery.
2-Day Air Service – 2 Business Days (does not include processing time). No weekend delivery.
Next-Day Air – Next-business-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. local time to most U.S. addresses; by 8p.m. to rural areas. No weekend delivery.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please call us immediately at 1-877-405-1110. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.

FREIGHT SHIPPING

Large or heavy items typically ship within two business days. Freight delivery is typically 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday). Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. Free freight shipping is available to most physical addresses in the US. (Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional fees. Sorry, we can’t ship to P.O. Boxes.)

The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of item on driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package removal is not provided. This is a large, heavy item, so arrange to have additional people help you. Please keep the product packaging. You’ll need it if you have to return your item.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

Buildersmax uses FedEx to ship parcels to Canada, and will calculate all charges during checkout for exact cost of delivery prior to actual purchase.

Buildersmax cannot currently calculate and resolve import fees for large shipments. Any duty, tax, brokerage will be calculated when the item enters Canada and will be the responsibility of the customer/consignee.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

At this time, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
