+How long does it take for you to ship?
Our turn around time frame is one business days. If your order is placed before our daily cut-off time. It will be processed the same days and your order should leave our warehouse by the end of the next business day.
+Can I expedite my order with freight shipping?
Unfortunately not, but most of our customers’ orders are shipped from the closest warehouse to the delivery address to shorten the delivery time. We have over 35 locations across the country that is ready to ship our products to you.
+Do I have to be a contractor or home builder to buy from Buildersmax?
We sell to trade professional and home owner. If you are building your own home and need building material, Buildersmax is a perfect place to shop.
+Do you offer trade discount?
Yes, we have a trade discount program that we highly recommend you to join. Signing up this program will enable you to enjoy all the benefits of being a trade professional member with Buildersmax – which includes exclusive offer and discount in a regular basis.
+Do you ship to residential address, if yes, how?
Smaller package would be shipped via common carrier such as Fedex, UPS, DHL or USPS while bulky, heavy and big item or pallet will be shipped via truck delivery – LTL Freight service. Freight carrier will contact you via phone ahead of time to confirm the best time to deliver your order when it arrives to the local hub. Your order will be delivered as Lift-Gate service and is considered complete when the carrier drop it off at the curve side or drive way of your garage.
+I need smaller quantity for a small project, do you service customer like us?
While it may make more sense to get your stuff from nearby Big-Box building supply store as it may save you money on shipping. We are always here to serve you, at Buildersmax, there is no project too big and there is project too small that we can not handle.
+May I see the product before I buy?
Not all items can be displayed but product sample may be available to see in our showrooms. Please contact our sales representative if you would like to see a particular product and he/she will make arrangement for you.
+Can you give me an accurate delivery time frame?
All orders go through a 5 stages cycle – order processing > pick and pack > shipping > transit > delivery. While we are working hard to deliver as we promised. Other out come such as bad weather or carrier worker strike are something nobody can control. Besides these, most of the orders are delivered within time frame.
+What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards, business or personal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
+I need to order sample of product, what should I do?
There are products that you can order product sample to make sure it works well in your project. We will make product sample available on our website for you to order if they are available so if you don’t see it. Please contact our sales representative and he/she will help you out.
+Do you provide installation service or cost estimate?
While we are working toward the installation service sector, we will update you on this when this service is available. However, currently at Buildersmax, we have an experienced project team that can help you estimate the cost of building materials in your project if you can provide detail of the project blue print.
+Can I return left over un-used materials?
Yes, as long as they are in re-sellable condition and within our return time frame. More details of our return policy can be viewed following this RETURN page.
+Do you Buildersmax offer financing on purchase?
Not at this moment but we are working toward that direction. Once this service is available, we will update it here.
+Can I put a hold on order delivery?
Yes, you can put a hold for up to 30 days from the day of your order. However, you need to notify us ahead of time to prevent this order from shipment. Once your order has been shipped and left our warehouse. We will not be able to stop and hold it for you.
