Stephen has 5 years of experience in operations in the Wholesale Building Materials Industry but 20 years’ experience in operations management, leadership, and logistics. Stephen began his career with Stater Bros. Markets as a Service Manager for 15 years. In that capacity he helped manage several stores with up to 80 employees per store, Stephens primary job duties were scheduling, employee development, customer service, and inventory management. Building Materials Industry by joining Valor Building Materials as the warehouse supervisor where he had the responsibility of performing the day-to-day warehouse functions as well as the clerical and billing work in the office. 2 years ago, we acquired Valor Building Materials and Stephen originally came on board as an assistant ops manager but has earned his way to the position of Operations Manager at BuildersMax and does a fantastic job. Stephen has completed courses in business management, interpersonal communication, and marketing at Riverside Community College in Riverside, CA
